Today's view
Our view of the shoreline of the Great Wicomico River is very typical. There is no creek that isn't inhabited.
The Elizabeth River
It's all go along the river between Portsmouth and Norfolk. This view from the Norfolk side shows the Naval docks - our marina is way on the other side.
An Unusual View
This is the USS Wisconsin. We visited the Naval Museum but by passed this old girl as we had explored the aircraft carrier USS Yorktown in South Carolina last year.
The Great Great Bridge Bridge!
Couldn't resist that bit of nonsense! It is indeed a big bridge and we passed under it at dawn to make our way up to Norfolk.

A river tug
