Belfast has a very well resourced public seafront: moorings, pontoons, fuel, water, launching ramp for local boats. You can just spot Kelper out in the river to the right of the Harbour Office.

Main St
Belfast has a thriving centre - a whole range of services and shops and restaurants - on the main road up from the waterfront.
